Taking the decision to come to counselling can be a daunting and emotional one. You may have had good or bad experiences of counselling in the past or have never been before, all of which may influence your decision to engage with counselling.
From my experience, clients frequently come to me for counselling as they find it too difficult to speak to family, friends and partners about challenging or unsettling issues or feelings. The counselling room offers the neutral space that can allow you to talk openly, freely and without judgement.
I see clients in the Glasgow city centre and Kelvingrove areas of Glasgow. Due to Covid 19 Restrictions I am working ONLINE via ZOOM until further notice.
Face to face Sessions cost £45, payment via bank transfer (not currently available).
Online sessions cost £45, payment via bank transfer.
I have availability at various times from Monday to Friday.
Please don't hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions. If you would like to have an informal chat via ZOOM or phone about coming to counselling we can also arrange this.
